Great video games

My faves right now are GTA 3, Rez and Blood Omen 2.

Did anyone ever play the Discworld games? Quite hilarious,
good Pythonesque humor, but the insane object puzzles
(sorry, i meant "lateral thinking exercises") can drive you
fucking mental.

Rez is a GREAT game, expecially if you like electroinc music
(but the game has been discontinued due to people becoming
extremely ill due to the bright colors and flashing lights)
dEVELOPED BY sGEA, EVERY ACTION you do in this game makes a
musical sound that ties in with the song -- it's a shooter
game, arcade style, and it has some of the awe-inspiring
electro-visuals you'll ever see -- especially the huge boss
battles. Plus it has much replay value.

I'd be playing FFX right now, but I've already played it for
all it's worth and found everything.

FF6 is still my fave though. (FF 3 in the States)

hey, i'm not bashing you, but maybe you should start using
the search option, and bringing up old topics with the same
content...

Yeah, i know. And no offense taken.
I'm just bored and totally forgot about that.

The last video game post i remember was REFLEX's, and i
remember an argument between him and phobia that invoked him
to delete all his messages.... but then again, i haven't
been here in awhile.

That was back in the day when I was called "Organ Grinder."

I haven't been here much since the MB remodeling, but that's
mainly because of my pre-occupation with a shitty full-time
near-minimum wage job and college.

But i won't bitch because that still makes me better off
than 85 percent of the world.

Fave Classic Games:
1. Final Fantasy 6 (3 in States)
2. Chrono Trigger
3. Sonic the hedgehog
4. Shining Force 2
5. Toejam n' Earl

donkey kong country
super mario world
starfox...

snes era was so good... :(

but legend of zelda: ocarina of time on n64 may be my
favorite game ever.

i have played a bit to metal gear solid 2, but i didn't like
it... my brother has it... maybe it's an acquired taste. or
maybe it's just not my kind of game. too strategic for me.
;)

and in my childhood (well... a few years ago ;)) i played a
lot to myst & riven... never been able to finish them by
myself, but i loved them... beautiful landscapes... i love
the idea of creating and warping into worlds (ages) by books
(not very original but i love it)... :)

I usually like games you can just jump right into. Like
fighting games for example. My favorite fighting games would
be both Marvel vs. Capcom 1 and 2. Wrestling games are
always cool, because you get to create your character and is
a different format from straightforward fighting games.

What's also good is racing games. My favorite from that
genre is the Need For Speed series.
