if i understand the lyrics correctly, a lone digger is someone standing alone, the corner of a rave, too shy to vibe with everyone else. but i might have it wrong in any case, someone linked me this track in 2016 or something, and i dug it, but forgot. now i feel: i want fatboy slim to do a track like this.... i dunno, electro-swing? or the chemical brothers. how clarinet or whatever can sound like police or air-raid sirens when teased right what are good swing trax to mine for this sort of fing? i'd totally need a VST setup again to do anything like this, but i do have a win XP box i haven't booted in ages with some plugins |

just, like, re-posting to double-down, recommend very much; exactly what i was sort of prying for with this thread. that the profit-engine that is youtube hooked me up with it makes me slightly less worried for mankind. in any case, the features here are numerous. i'll just fire off the first few that come to mind - woodwind instruments doing what acid house bass synths would do with lots of res(onance) - numerous vocal overdubs with a rather fancy feel - audio cut-up of swing/jazz breakdowns - brilliant synergistic meld of vocoder and dubstep bass - have you got. my. shit |
