In his favour he knows how the unwritten constitution
works, supports liberty and justice in the old british
sense, knows his history, is polite and eloquent. And he’s
pro brexit.

I want to see the Tory party destroyed though because they
don’t believe in these things.

Anna Soubry and those types I hate the most. Warmongers.
Traitors. Selling us out to the EU.

bread is buttered

I don't know why the EU has a parliament and all that other
stuff, I thought it was just mean to be a trade zone, and to
make diplomacy easier

I can respect certain things, like people who can speak
ancient greek and latin, know their history in great
detail, speak a foreign language, people who went to elite
schools, etc. I think we need these things as a country,
especially if we’re going independent. On the other hand
they are rich cunts without empathy for the poor. JRM on
tuition fees pisses me off. I can see through their
hypocrisy on those issues. Which is why I support Corbyn.

There is a lot of cognitive dissonance around Brexit I
think, I know its happened to me

yeah that's how I feel, smart people are good, but I don't
know how much he earned his position through merit rather
than the fact his dad could afford a brilliant education,
perhaps I shouldn't begrudge him that, I think what he
represents to me is a continuing stratification of society,
his descendants will perhaps always have the upper hand, I
don't know its not a black & white argument I guess, I know
he is personally making quite a bit of cash edging his bets
on Brexit,

What I mean is I think he perhaps good motivations for
Brexit, but they aren't his overarching motives, those are
simple self preservation,

of hippy imperialism

I see what you mean about JRM profiteering off of brexit.
Kind of distasteful, reminds me of the 1980s Thatcher’s
people profiteering off of privatisation.

Have you heard of Philip hollobone? When the expenses
scandal kicked off 10 years ago he was revealed as one of
the most frugal MPs.

I just wish the separation from the EU wasn't damaging to
the economy, also EU has contributed some really sensible
labour laws, they tend to be a bit more socialist in out
look and that counteracts when we have a Tory Government in
that love stuff like zero hour contracts, I suppose in the
short term Brexit will be bad, but in the long term its
probably the right choice, I mean I don't want the UK to be
subsumed into a multinational Empire

yeah I remember those duck houses and moat cleaning, if
anything it shows what a staggering disconnect there is
between some MPs and the constituencies they serve, why did
they think that was in anyway a correct/suitable way to
spend government money

There was a lot of scare stories about us having to join the
euro. Most of it was bullshit.
