did by chance anyone ever figure out just how the in the
hell one of's best jams in career let in that flat out
ridiculous bass fx noodle that doesnt share a single shred
of all the fine tuned emotion spent so well building up and
down and on top of that whose volume pushed up to point of
ubsurtity at 6'40 even made it to final? how hell can
expect someone to get lost in tune when back of mind know
that part coming up and have to keep hand on volume to make
correction. it just seems not quite possible how many may
have stood passive while previewing that or pros doing there
thing and let pass. so ubsurdly invasive but somehow it
happened.

mind numbing how that part even came to be or who let it be
mixed quite like that and who didnt stand up to say
otherwise or if anyone even put up a fight. top tune of my
favs but like clockwork subconscience wake up when that part
prepn to come on and have to snap out of the moment and
physically alter it down a few notches.

snap out of the moment so disruptively cant ever properly
adjust back to enjoy the immediate windown. im just at lost
how such a distraction came to be and perhaps if it was a
last minute snap addition misjudgement that didnt have time
to bake like all the refined bits before.

i see what you mean, elusive... bothers me a little bit too
when i listen this otherwise mindblowing tune

my bet is it was all a live thing (seeing how the pusher
processes the bass live), so it was leave it like that or
discard the take

theres also an option it was intended, the album is full of
this kind of disruptive sudden noises. beauty vs brutality,
jenkinson style

third idea : tom's is a bit deaf in this range of
frequencies
