fleetmouse your password is: mohamedissobentlol

you decided on it on a spring afternoon, as you were reading
a mohamed post and was astonished at how bent he is.

Fuck off Ampi, stop judging people ffs. Yes No logo is very
early 2000, and we all know you frequent forums where
dissing Chomsky is great. I for one don’t agree with all
he says, but historically he can be really spot on, and
unlike you he backs his comments up with facts.

My gosh you’re a lame-o, calling people out because of
what they like! You do it repetitively. Chomsky, comics,
Moore, now Klein, Star Wars etc etc etc.

Fuck off you bore, I haven’t learnt a thing from you, bar
that you’re a judgemental, spiteful little so and so!

How do those stairs look today? Cunt. XD

I don really hate you, and you can be well nice, insightful,
and you make decent tracks. Just stop being an arrogant
little man, positioning yourself over others for what they
like or read.

Cheer up, people aren’t all retarded you know?

Feel a bit bad now. I just don’t feel you quite see what
you’re doing, you come across as such a know it all. In
fact you come acrosss as a “I know better than you, and
hahaha look at what you like you loser” type of guy.

I’ll buy you two pints to say sorry.

I always enjoy Martin Amis's writing, I've not read Asbo,
the last one I read was The Zone of Interest (which, for a
novel about the Holocaust, I really enjoyed). I've never
read a duff one of his, The Information got lukewarm reviews
at the time but I thought it was great (and I know best).
I'd like to re-read it, and Money one day, I remember being
particularly affected by that one. I think the only one I
was ever a bit "meh" about was Dead Babies.

There ends the definitive review of Martin Amis.

just read The Road to Unfreedom, highly recommended.

also re-reading Nietzsche - Beyond Good and Evil. IMO
Nietzsche is the rosetta stone to understanding the very
weird political moment we live in, which he partly caused
and partly predicted.

Enjoying fiction in small controlled doses - still pecking
at that Borges omnibus, and this, a fine
collection of hundred year old tweets

reading adventures of augie march by saul bellow just read a
interesting passage wherein the titular protagonist reflects
upon globalism and literally foresees the bugman phenomenon

i went around and made a speech to my pals, much to the
amazement of people, about the universal ant heap the enemy
would establish if they won, a fate nobody could escape
then, mankind under one star of government, a human desert
rolling up to monster pyramids of power. a few centuries
after, and on this same earth's surface, under the same sun
and moon, where there once had been men like gods there
would be nothing but this bug-humanity that would make
itself as weird as the threatening universe outside and
would imitate it by creating human mechanical regularity as
invariable as physical laws. obedience would be god, and
freedom the devil. there wouldn't any new moses arise to
lead an exodus, because amidst the new pyramids there
wouldn't any new moses be bred.

is reading a philosophy or non fiction book worth it I.E.
does any1 read it for the prose? i can see it worth 4
certain memoirs or new journalism stuff but mostly it seems
like the ideas would b more effectively expressed in a you
tube video etc

I just read this article on the bugmen concept ive never
heard before, and it seemed like it was so detailed and
indepth it must be from the mind of someone describing
themselves at some point in their lives
