see if i was at a workshop just me and him, if he had just a
slight genuine happy smile on the go at any point, id be
more relaxed and not feel he would rip off my arms and slice
me in two at any moment.....for fun.

yeah, just imagine a whole room full of folks who suffer
anxiety and depression and him going wild :O
guessing he has a different approach then ^.^

it would either kill them from shock ..suicide later in the
afternoon....or make them confident enough to move on with
their lives to develop new technology for example.

first off, it was 11:38pm the night before your
contextual this morning. i was crushed after an
exhausting and rather unrewarding day. full effort put in,
some results, but not really what i needed. many days are
like this. i am dealing with a lot. but, more or less, i
am dealing with it.

perhaps it would have gone over better if i'd merely said,
"sometimes i wish someone would drop a bomb on this stupid
fucking planet so i didn't have to deal with all this
crap."

it is melodramatic griping. expressing frustration. picking
something totally out of my control and indulging for a
moment that perhaps i won't have to deal with tomorrow.

tomorrow - aka today - was a bit better. a bit.

did this video work for you!!?

i found this video years and years ago, lost it, and finally
managed to dig it up again last night when someone on irc
linked another one of the guy's vids. his original upload
was titled/keyworded with "osho."

i first read about osho and "dynamic meditation"
around 2006.

so, more or less, i was already walking down the same
avenues years before i saw elliot hulse freaking osho in a
storage locker... but, he added a few bits i missed. it's a
bit macho and cheesy, but the the thing about deeper sounds
and feeling your balls is on-point.

being a functional human is about controlling yourself. not
saying rude things back to rude people. not farting until
appropriate. i feel like it drip drip drips into a stress
bucket and one needs to go isolate oneself and have a nice
fuck-you freakout to empty it. that's the basic mechanic,
but making effective use of one's freakout time is actually
a very deep and academic topic.

mostly what i do these days is dancing, stretching, humming,
and singing all at once, to music. i have to vent these
energies somehow, anyhow, but now that i've been doing it
for years and years i've managed to at least siphon off some
of it into mental enrichment.

admittedly, though... sometimes i do have to get in my car,
find a lonely road, and scream for a while before i can go
back to being a responsible adult.

thanks to someone on this board for getting me to read about
qi gong on wikipedia. it buttresses perfectly with all this
nonsense
