very strange sometimes when you get truly appalled by something and wonder why the hell, when it actually is you expecting something bad that isnt really there...

i bought a wireless doorbell many years ago. setting it up, it instructed me to set some "code" jumpers on both the sender and the receiver. there were 2^8 possible "codes" and you set both the sender (button) and receiver (doorbell) with the same "code" so your doorbell-button doesn't ring your neighbor's doorbell and vice versa.
i thot: what about a small circuit to step through every possible code, a larger transmitter, and a peak altitude point in a residential neighborhood?
probably against fcc regulations.

we used to play knock and run. knock the door and run. tie the end of a piece of string to a knocker and yank it from 50m away. when we were 9 years old.
but Epics ...what you are suggesting is like a knock and run Hiroshima!! all from the comfort of your own living room .
you’ll be all over main stream news.
