impossible to eliminate distractions, the brain is a
powerful factory of bullshit, so instead of being ecstatic
about it try to ignore the divagations and continue straight
to the front, you can say its boring, especially if you have
nothing to do, but in case you have actually something to do
in your day it helps a lot taking those things head on.

yes factory of bullshit is a good analogy, I suppose the
only way to avoid distractions is to make sure what your
doing is something you really enjoy, otherwise you will
quickly get bored. making boring things enjoyable is
difficult, its probably necessary as the most boring things
are often the most profitable which is a bit of an annoying
paradox.

yeah housework isn't that bad, every time I go into the
kitchen I wash a plate so its out, its difficult living with
a messy woman, shes very busy though. When she went on
holiday I used one plate and one cup and never moved
anything, it was great

getting started is the hard part.

eating foods that stimulate can mess your head up

whats that spider web study? where they give spiders
caffeine and lsd and weed

the webs reflect how it messes with their concentration.

LSD one is geometrically perfect.

ive stopped eating mounds of sugar because I started getting
rashes on my armpits and after I stopped sugar in my drinks
they went away

is there any problem hot water bottles cannot potentially
solve?

try buckwheat biscuits at breakfast, buckwheat warms the
body, it starts it off, so you can feel less reclutant about
the day and feel more relaxed and easy. i eat 4 of them but
they have drops of chocolate. they are great.

i have a real problem with the spider drug scare poster. the
LSD web is not properly lit. i can clearly see the same sort
of crossmembers present in the "baseline" web, but they've
turned the lamp away so it looks like the spider spaced on
those. can you imagine what that spider was thinking though?
it probably thought it was luke vibert or something

i thought that epics....not the luke vibert bit though.

i tried to find a better lit one ...but i could not.

depends what you what to concentrate on i spose
like different perceptions of time from different mental
states or summat ..Ideally want to expand time when it's
good times and make it shorter when eg. standing in queues,
but for some reason it rarely works out like that.
Have you read about flow?

Unless I know exactly what I'm fucking doing I can't drink
any caffeine at all, including tea these days. It has to be
like booster fuel after sorting out the why's & wherefores.
Even the smell of coffee makes it difficult for me to think
in a diffuse way, which makes things difficult in some of my
jobs.

how can i concentrate on walking if i concentrate on how i'm
moving my toes? it can't be done. i just walk into trees

regularly re-focus your attention on the desired outcome so
you don't lose the plot
