What are the weather conditions like wherever you are?

Here: Grey skies, atumny leaves, bizarrely warm, light rain
every now and then

Tokyo is super sunny today, sky is super clear and blue, air
is crisp, SO---So... So, the contrast is SUPER high today.
I'm talking, everything looks so colorful and high contrast.
It's a beautiful day.

I live in a place with 4 proper seasons. Cold in winter,
snow, hot in summer, palm trees. Lately autumn has really
kicked in, light has changed. I enjoy it, and like be having
4 seasons, but I suffer from SAD so I tend to function
better when there’s sun. Proper heat in summer has become
too much for me though. With age....

5 km. i talked about this with a friend and he told me that
its this hot because its just not raining. with the rain it
would be at least 10 degrees less. there is a pciture from
the satellite circulating the internet of my area, here's
the situation LAZY_TITLE

couldnt tell from the weather, it was a very sunny day.
complete with birds singing, wind and leaves all over the
streets. maybe the last time i witnessed the autumn season
so evidently i was a kid. couldnt get why people is
complaing, first time in decades it doesn't become winter
right after summer.

with arnica and anti-inflammatory fruit like kiwi

by the way you can see this kind of injuries coming, the
conditions of it create, in my case at the same time:

a) it was week of heavy weights at work
b) it was moment i was pushing it with exercises by
diminishing the times of the pauses between exercise
c) i slept like shit the night before, i covered myself too
much and ended up waking up a lot of times in strange
positions

when it happened i was just washing dishes

room before doing exercise, who knows with the cold air, and
some nerve
