control ur thoughts if u can. i think of making rooms for a
computer game or something - the lighting and objects,
camera angles, back ground music. a room with nothing
happening in it (that in theory would be functional for a
computer game where action takes place within the room - but
now its inactive and in production). and the next room and
the next. often fall asleep before i've made a small house

I slept 6 hours last night, that's around average for me.

When I have a rough bit of work and I do 2 or 3 23 hour days
in a row I turn in to a zombie.

Worst I did was 10 days in a row with ~90 mins sleep in a
bed per night. It really changes your personality.

Just a really really badly planned work itinerary. Of course
the person who plans it is never there when it happens.

I find just trying to relax when you hit the pillow is best,
imagine the bed repels stress and only think of stressful
things when you're up

baader meinhof? i think its a very different kind of
terrorism then what we see nowadays in the western world.
they only went against politicians and industrials. nowadays
its against the man on the street, for different reasons and
effects

I'm sleeping good mostly, but not enough lucid dreaming to
my taste sadly :(

controlling your own dreams isn't very productive though tbh

you control it all, so you're not really taking any messages
away

it's like the difference between a video game and a film i
guess

dunno

no it's the best thing I ever experienced. You can trick
your brain and ask questions to your in dream characters...
It's pretty magical actually
