yes stay away from drugs, and to gossip a bit on the matter, its just a bit of mental exercise to recognize ones own deviations and to keep straight from them. having knew own mediation works helps. its quite funny, i used to lay on the bed for hours when i was a kid and start daydreaming on purpose about everything, and as an adult i had to learn to stop that to safeguard my own sanity. well well well. cheers |
