this morning i barely did push up after a week of rest,
might be that or the 10 degrees temperature drop, i dont
know, but i really felt no fucking energy in my arms. and i
did breakfast (4 buckwheat biscuits with chocolate, one
persimmon). its the first winter i do exercise, so im a bit
doubtful if i just dont have enough energy in my body, maybe
with the cold it needs more calories to keep warm. am i
talking bullshit?

In winter, all the pains come out to play.

They come out in less heat.

i just cant make 4 series of 12 anymore, today i gave
everything for the 11th of the last series, then unusually
resorted to all the good willing i had and pushed for the
12th, let myself go halfway, absolutely had no power left,
this is comparing to summer when i was almost limiting
myself to the same exercise

do push 'downs' in between sets of push ups to help with
recovery. you can do almost double the amount this way.

well i suppose a push down would be the reverse of a push
up.

and the reverse are things like rowing, pulling inward to
the chest

cycling pulling the handle bar inward toward the chest.

so its a pull in really.

you could hang under a table and pull yourself up.

you could hook a bungee rope on a door handle and pull
inward to the chest

hopes it helps.

if you do push ups and imagine you are pushing the world
down, your testosterone levels will increase exponentially

if one finds the resonant frequency of the earth from a
specific location on teh equator then does push ups at a
harmonic, maybe a slight ripple wobble to the Earths
rotation could be caused measured in Planck units or what
not?
