i was reading iron maiden played china i think last year and

yes ive cut down on junk food a bit, i still indulge
sometimes, i must admit a nice cake releases the stress, i
weigh 13 stone at the moment so could do with loosing a
stone and a half before i have to start wearing one of my
girlfriends bras

i cycle to get my food each day, so i have to eat more
natural sugary foods else i die.

so if yo like sweet stuff = go further to get it.

still you walk often. why not walk to a better super

yes you have a point, i do walk a mile each day out of
necessity and alot more when i go for a walk with my
brother, i could probably do with getting a moutain bike
