Im probably a pessimist but i doubt it has a good future,
all art forms seem to become more reductive as time goes on
from the original inspiration, something semi decent will
always pop up but nothing as good as what we have already
had i reckon

i call bullshit, that moment can come at anytime. there are
endless possibilities from what we already had, huge
potential of good music but very few able to do it

yeah maybe your right, its just at the moment everything
tends to sounds the same more or less, not that its bad its
just not something next level

its because more people are doing it, so it tends to level
the quality, the whole market has changed but music didnt
follow

w M w makes next level music, in his last track beatzi he
shaped the sound of his computer to a song. songs, not
tracks, its what electronic music needs

you could also follow aphex twin, the master leveler of all,
and not try to do shit songs (songs that in all honesty
nobody would hear for some reason) and make some shit from
scratch with raw sounds, the lower one can go in terms of
knowledge of sound creation the better imho

i guess its a compliment to say that something sounds like
apex twin, dont get me wrong, i didnt doubt for a second
that it was a stolen idea, im sure the guy got there by
chance and wanted to share it

anyway future might not sound thay way, nor like a detroit
suburb. not for everyone at least

yes everyone hears a style and sticks to it, some are
brilliant at it, its almost impossible to create a new style
one of the hardest things in the world
