i got "supported leave" (trailed around town by an
occupational health worker) to go buy snacks the other day,
came back with said roysters, 2 packs of cherry bakewell and
some jammy wagon weeks, fackin lush bruv

also look out for Aspartame, that one dissolves the brain

its the fecal matter of ecoili bacteria.

yes i dont drink fizzy drinks they are full of crap, and i
dont use chewie, i have far too much sugar and not enough

tesco large supermarket will do a cheap carbon filter
...just get a jug to match off ebay. or just get it all off
ebay. improves water greatly.

wont get rid of fluoride though, Hexafluorosilicic acid.

need a 5 stage RO for that. about 120 quid for machine with
filters. 30 quid a year after.
