The "government" "owns" all the roads and notable buildings, so they are in charge of all the so called construction work. Everyone knows they take months to fix things that aren't broken, they're just more sellouts, clanking minor key nursery rhymes. None of the shit they do kills us of course, their goal is having us suffer and we can't suffer if we're dead. Although they either have or will have the technology to bring us back to live to live forever in their devolving reality. This is how they are architecting hell itself.
