Because he takes Black music and repackages it in a way that
is socially acceptable to white nerds

See if you can match each Luke Vibert alias to the Black
music genre he's ripping off

Luke Vibert can only sample (steal) flute parts

Not only can Lizzo actually play the flute, she is also a
master of extended techniques

Lizzo might be able to sweatily play every instrument under
the sun for a few seconds like a clapping seal, that does
not make her music good. Please try to state your case in
sensible terms.

I must admit I was mildly surprised by the "luke-warm"
response to Lukes music in this thread

What the fuck do you have against Lizzo anyway. She's
probably the most groundbreaking flautist since Eberhard
Blum, who, to the best of my knowledge, never once danced,
let alone twerked, while fluting.

I'd teach her to play the Pink Oboe.

My ex-girlfriend used to hang out with Richard and Luke
and
whatever that whole "London underground crew" in the early
and mid-2000's, and she was telling me that she actually
did
talk to Luke Vibert about making snares. Like, he actually
brings that shit up in conversation.

That's how good his snares are.

but, how's his clap?

also, wavephace is big on lizzo because it's precisely
calculated to be irritating to everyone here.

When confronted with someone actually appreciating an artist
of color, the white supremacist mind desperately searches
for any explanation other than the most obvious, that Lizzo
is actually a supremely talented musician who has
consistently put out some of the most exciting,
forward-thinking tunes over the past five years

I hope she counter-sues that lobster-stealing becky for all
she's worth

Luke’s snares AND claps- and combinations thereof- have
always been good somehow. That is like— I feel like his
snare/claps are so good and standout and recognizable, that
I realize now that he rose to stardom on his snare/clap
strength pulling the cart. This is big news. So be
great at everything in music, but also have 1 exceptionally
standout skill. IDM 2020 KNOWLEDGE!!!

No problemo. Stardom here I come!!

sadly there's not much of her flute playing to be heard but
she does seem to be good at it, unlike the usual pop artist
who happens to play a classical instrument. i'd like to hear
her telemann

i compliment the precision of your trolling calibration, and
you return the favor by accusing me of being a white
supremacist. disgusting
