i didn't even bother to check the results until today.
there's always last minute sputtering back and forth,
perhaps a dimpled chad... so, alright, fine, i figure we
should have a winner now that CNN's milked all it can out of
a tense moment.

trump win. oh. shit. i got that sinking
feeling in my stomach. i catalog these sort of feelings, and
this was the same feeling i got, when, well....

at eight years old, i was off on some family thing involving
a rented houseboat. i was up in the cool bedroom you had to
climb a ladder for and overheard: oh, yes, epicmegatrax
filled his water bottle up with lake water because no one
told him that the faucet goes to the lake. will he be
ok?
and some guy working for the docs is all: oh,
yeah, probably, something something if he starts vomiting
but otherwise...

i also got this feeling a week ago when i realized i'd
botched the driving route and now my whole schedule had gone
to... oh. shit. it is distinctly different from a
vasovagueweirdal response:

the neighbor's bluntly discussing the missing chunk from his
arm. i feel myself begin to pass out. fight it. losing.
stumble across the lawn like an irish drunk. desperate to
make it to my bed before i pass out. thinking: this is so
fucking stupid. i'm not scared. i'm not grossed out... but,
no, this is happening. you bastard. stop it

when you can no longer hear anything but deafining tinnitus,
you have about ten seconds of consciousness left. i made it
to my bed by about ten seconds. let it settle. began to
think about how to explain this to the neighbor...

a guy i know was talking about being choked out. i took over
his story and mined for data: did your ears ring? did you
feel cold, or...? so, yes, when i say i got this feeling, i
mean it specifically.

QED: i don't feel the life draining out of me. i didn't
vomit up any lakewater. clearly, this is not a good thing,
but let's not panic. unless i start to vomit

i waited to check because i've been on the presedential
election carousel many times before... and, yes, fuck that,
let's wait. when i did find out, i had no idea. i hadn't
been with it for three days, waffling on it, taking both as
a serious winner for a moment. this gave me a fairly pure,
raw, reaction... and, i've trained myself to catch these
things, and i recognize it. now let's pull up the mental
database and rationalize it: don't panic. but keep an eye on
it

then the consolation prizes file up: i dislike political
correctness intensely. with a word like nigger i am
weighing the cost of offending a large segment of the
population vs. the intense amount of fuck-you being told i
cannot use a particular word generates. fuck. nigger!

the picked presedent is a rorschach. america's psyche
waveform collapses to a point and reveals itself. hillary
clinton is a fucking machine of polished, calculated
statements. while i would prefer that over trump's
volatility, a part of me is delighted to realize i have ever
so slightly been given the nod: this means i can speak my
mind a little more. next time some hair lady gives me shit
for being weird, i can say: fuck you, lady, this is america.
i have rights. president trump wouldn't take your shit;
neither should i. you're a woman, and i'm a white adult
male. shit, wait a minute... are you part mexican?

mexicans, women, people offended by the word nigger --
sorry, guys. you had yout time over the last eight years.
after eight years of trump, though, and everyone's been
allowed to be free and ugly, it'll echo around. perhaps
trigger introspection. hey, man, that's ugly. that hurts.
hillary rodhat clintop for 2024

"Hey! Who grabbed your pussy?"

I've got this red cap that I sometimes like to wear but I
can't now because I think I'd be assaulted by a liberal,
even though I'm in the UK and even though the cap says
"Mexico" on it (and no, not as part of the phrase "Go back
to Mexico").

I do kind of want one too... I'm sorry if that upsets
anyone. As a kind of cultural symbol of the times (grave
times, in some's opinion) That was the thing with the
"Donald Trump Signature Brand" apparel though; all made in
China.

so you make a generalization about all americans (which
involves all americans making a generalization about all
americans) and then apply it to me, since i'm an american,
and i made a generalization, and it was wrong...

so, no, it is not so. i'm afraid you're wrong. have a nice

i suppose what i mean is florida is like the size of
England, and you get loads of geographically isolated
placers so its hard to gauge what the overall mood is, or
perhaps its not and the pollsters had their fingers in their
ears

me, personally: i knew it was going to be close. nobody
particularly likes clinton; many hate her. a few people
really, really like trump, and everyone else hates him. all
clinton has to do is not be too odious and she's got it, i
figure. unless there are more trump fans than i guessed...
or the russians hack the election... or trump cheats,
fradulates, nudgles a dimpled chad into a nod.....

am i surprised trump won? a bit. it's like when the forecast
says "cloudy" and you get "light rain" instead. you've
gotten confused in thinking that gauging the weather is a
right-or-wrong sort of thing. it's a gradient going from
trump landslide to clinton landslide. i put my chip down on
clinton's side, slightly, and i was a bit wrong, but i don't
feel like i'm in a parallel universe or anything twilight
zone line that

there's me covered. as for the rest of america, you'll have
to ask them. i can only gauge their level of gauging, and,
from that distance, all i'll generate is vague. goulash.

the beautiful thing about systemically attacking my excess
of mouth is that the strategies generalize into these
moments in which i elect not to answer. start typing a
reply, and realize... no... there are technical reasons i
will never answer this post as it is. i have to plug his
words back into himself so he experiences the mental
explosion i've just spotted and avoid. then he'll apologize
for being vague and at that point i'll have thought up an
answer to the question he was trying to ask the first time

while
goulash alert -> you're about to go peter molyneux
sarah palin alert -> this is starting to seem goulash-y
george w. bush alert -> i am ungoulashable

i have trained my friends to yell out "molyneux!" when i'm
beginning to ramble too much. the goulash one hasn't quite
caught on, yet, but "molyneux!" has been yelled at people
other than me quite a few times now

I must say its weird how your getting all these marches
around the world about womens rights, why arent they up in
arms about Saudi Arabia or worse places, i mean i must admit
getting riled up with faux indignity, but when i think about
it for half a second its all seems to lack some perspective
or introspection doesnt it. I mean Saudi Arabia and china
have been doing 1984 for fucking years

when trump first began making noises about running, i didn't
think he was serious. i thought: "leave his plush tower full
of gold toilets and abused women? naw."

being the president is a terrible job. you have to be a bit
crazy to ask for it, as the saying goes. i figured trump
knew this and was just milking it for attention. i managed
to hang on to that belief until april or may, at which point
only trump and clinton were left. then i thought: "i guess
he really does want the job. huh."

his no-mexicans, no-arabs executive order has absolutely
consumed the news cycle. however, there are plenty of
lesser-known executive orders, and one of his goes like
this: "for every regulation a federal agency makes, it has
to eliminate two regulations."

this is something that is a solid idea if you view it from a
surface level -- it's almost clever. a little feedback loop
that uses the need for new regulations to garbage-collect
the old ones at a solid clip... but, i suspect, this will be
great for some government organizations (IRS perhaps) and
terrible for others: some have lots of crap rules that are
easy to spot and bin. others are already pretty lean and
will wind up doing crazy shit like making fake regulations
(to be binned later as per the rule) to buy themselves a few
tokens down the road. obviously, it's a good way to delete
"regulations" on wall street as well, but we'll stow that
cynicism for the moment.

depending on the venue, this new policy can go either way.
it needs granularity. instead, it's been spraypainted across
everything. trump needs to develop this level of subtlety in
his paintbrush, or he won't get anything done in office.

if he can't get anything done in office, he may start to
cheat. if he cheats, things will go thermoschnozzliar nixon
-- trials, impeachment. alternatively, he may "shock" the
country and just say "i'm fired." quit. at the moment i give
it 50/50 he'll make it through the whole four years. i
ballpark it at 3

epics - ¨his no-mexicans, no-arabs executive order has
absolutely
consumed the news cycle¨

from what i can gather, he never said that. he said no
´illegals´ and no one from the 7? war torn countries.
torn due to the previous US administration who dropped
100,000+ bombs in the last 8 years. destabilising the many
regions.

but there were no MSM protest coverage of that.

H clinton boarder control
Obama Boarder control.

all countries should be sending supply’s to all those in
need. its disgusting to bomb and leave people stranded. the
EU the US, everyone should be going in with supplies
hardcore. find the children in need who lost parents for a
start.
