yeah from Auf Wiedersehen Pet. She seems to remember most things, she has a mental block on it for some reason, she was so adamant she never owned it, in fact she didnt liek Jimmy Nail, i felt like i was in the marathon man or something I have no idea were the photo is, perhaps it was a glitch in the matrix lol although i just phoned my brother and he remembers it, perhaps my mum is phasing in a dimension Jimmy Nail never left newcastle and is a pub landlord or something |

thats not jimmy nail...if you show your mum video, no wonder she does remember. he looks like a Klingon too.. ( thats the guy from star trek 6) or maybe she didnt think the guy was called jimmy nail? maybe it was the other guys name. at least get a photo similar and show her that and the place where it hung. give her a chance. try again with a similar photo. |

bit quiet on the tv front... Can't remember the last time I sat down and just watched TV. Seems like something really old people would do. Like my old nan, may she rest in peace. She was so deaf, the neighbours had to listen with her as she watched The Bold and the Beautiful. Trying to remember the last thing I watched. Marcella? That was good. Oh yes! Horace and Pete. It's not on "TV" per se but you can connect your fancy hdmi cable to your fancy tv, if you're fancy enough. Then you can watch it "on your TV". |

I used to be addicted. Often it on in the background while doing other stuff. I'm alone Monday nights so that tends to be when I indulge. Not being dependent on a rigid timeline with schedules is great. Seems like "one years" ago when you had to be there at the time of airing. But yeah I still enjoy the odd flicking session too. It really dumbs me down, which is a requirement once in a while. I found mys of watching Celebs go Dating the other day. It was like watching an iceberg getting closer, and my IQ* being the Titanic. Bliss. With my wife we tend to just watch movies, or tv series. *so to speak. |
