I was hoping he may make one more movie....where he plays an old writer . similar to the "romancing the stone" concept. where the movie is the writers novel and he would play a character in the story. |

after a long, abortive conversation, a friend of mine managed to find the single movie in which i've "seen gene." it is charlie and the chocolate factory. "oh, that's sad," i said. then we resumed as before: "he was the second man in a lot of richard pry-" i cut him off. "i've never seen a single richard pryor film. prune that whole branch" i value this guy's company because he really will throw out every richard pryor film and immediately continue throwing out other films from the pool of films in which i've not seen gene. |

: ) The way he talks to his Mother in stir crazy after being pressured into riding the bull competition. along the lines: " What ? ....I said no, I told him no.... Mah are you crazy, I have witnesses, .....all right, we'll talk about it in my cell" But then just before he walks off.....he does that one final look up to his Mother in heaven. So funny. love that ! LOL. : P |
