uh oh, someone read my facebook

i am pretty sporty: i walked 236 km in ten days
(pic, I run and cycle. but no morning routine
other than lifting my coffee cup

also I'm moderately drinking again, because how else would I
keep in contact with my untapd-buddies

mohamed: good stuff

fleet: good too (remember when I ran over there?)

Constant tension and anxiety help me keep fit. What consumes
the most carbs is keeping the act up. This idea I'm really
chilled. It's fucking tiring.

morning routine is climbing out from under side of freeway
off ramp, stacking cardboard, drinking water if someone left
it for me, smoke cigarette, and see what kind of clothes the
families and their children are wearing as they either
pretend not to notice me, or talk to me in strange
doublespeak.

tried morning jog about 10 years ago for a few days. Wasn't
worth the aggravation. I need to ease myself into the
day...

My morning routine usually consists of

10 minute snooze after alarm
cereal
smoke
cuppa tea
browsing the web/youtubing

age is a worthy opponent. I suppose the key is to keep your
heart beating along at a steady pace. I think I gave my body
a lot of trouble early on. I really should reform my
lifestyle before it's too late.

start with the stretches you learned in gym class when you
wake. snoozy and gentle ten minutes. when that becomes a
background task like making tea, start making up your own
stretches. gradually form a richer dialogue with your
members. spot problems in advance and move to head them off.
move with more speed and accuracy in general. eventually,
work up to dancing

also walk briskly anywhere that is in a mile radius rather
than driving or getting a bus, its great exercise and being
outdoors really helps your mental wellbeing even if you dont
recognise it at the time

Where I've been working the last couple of weeks I can sit
by The Thames at lunchtime, looking across over at the
National Theatre if you want to find me, and the amount of
people jogging along there is ... well it's loads og people.
I appreciate that this thread is about morning workouts not
afternoon work outs. Either way I have a can of lager and
try not to get too upset about things.

no morning workout here. although i would like to start a
routine. routine is the bane of my existence. just a little
stretching. i'm naturally high energy so i wake n bake
everyday to even out. otherwise my thoughts are consumed by
stress; money, women, job, car, home. stalk the fb profiles
of bitches i'll never talk to. contemplate suicide. maybe
jack off like once a month. but i'll jack off like 6 or 7
times in one day, maybe once or twice the day before and
after. contemplate suicide. suicide. that sounds nice. then
i remember i have no spine and will eat shit forever.

there is this trend, you see. when the trend code is run on
a system, hair ladies begin to believe magical little things
called biffidius regularus -- a combination of biff,
from back to the future, and a reference to a desirible
pattern of bowel movement -- and run out to GNC to buy a jar
full of them so all the ice cream they inhale will poop out
practically before they eat it. neoapolitin ice cream's
varying colors is used to diligently track the progress,
particularly in germany.

an engineer happens upon this runaway process and says:
lady, you don't know what's in that jar and if it's had any
quality control. you're buying capsules of live bacteria
cultures thinking it's like yoghurt on steroids. how are you
sure they're the right bacteria, and whatever factory in
indonesia that ground this out didn't fuck up and mix in
some rat poop by accident? do you even know what this will
do to you? no? you're buying it anyways and scowling at me?
i may as well be trying to explain english to a dog

doing qi gong warmups and stretches regularly,
either in the morning or after shower/bath.
sometimes exercise/workout aswell.
i did workouts for about a year on a daily basis,
but cant be arsed these days.
been doing qi gong almost daily for about 3 years now,
only short stretches or minor interruptions.
my back and body tell me when its time to
return to it, if i slack.
i hear its well for staying healthy and mobile until old
age
and my back/chest, appearance and mental well being
have improved noticebly.
i recommend this to everyone who feels the need
to make a change or improve in general.
when people or my mother told me about the "magic"
of qi-gong it didnt appeal to me at all,
being rather vivid myself, it looked rather boring.
however when i started wing chun,
i began to exercise lots of the forms and warmups
at home, found out most of the warmups were taken from
qi gong and attended the qi gong course itself after a
year.
it goes well with the training and supports my stance and
footwork immensely aaaaand
it also stopped me from looking like a pc-caveman .-)

glad to see other peeps on here do some physical stuff to
keep them well and happy too :) way to go!!
