i think it's encouraging to hear one that put things as they
are. hes not trying to fool you saying that we don't have a
problem cuz we are some kind of shamans, but cast a doubt on
the way our society labels this kind of things and the way
it treats them. he recognizes the cause as a psychological
crisis and not necessarily drugs and highlights the step
before meltdown with the testimony of the guy saying that he
felt he was totally in charge of his mind before shit
happened. he talks syncronicity. he talks about not getting
a job because of it, he says that many people hit by
psychosis end up homeless. he talks about meds suppressing
the symptoms but not going at the root of the problem. he
says that we are even refused by meditators in the west
beacuse of this miserable stigma. he talks about that girl
saying that voices were helping her going beyond sexual
molestation received in the past. and you know what? it's
ALL TRUE. because that's exactly what i experienced. have
it.

i was thinking to show this video to my doctors to ask them
what they think, but later i thought it would be useless
since they rarely expose themselves in their job. they're
like officials, they just care about their asses. they just
rely on books written by people belonging to associations
who helped perfecting psychological torture on prisoners
rather than cure it. but i don't blame them, some are
genuinely ignorant and they just try to help. but god
damnit, people kill in a perfectly lucid state of mind and
then they are declared mad to save them from jail. and all
the people having real mental problems are condemned. they
talk aggressiveness when shit is driven by fear. should be
said.

just met my support worker or whatever you call it, he's
pretty cool, he likes chris morris and that sort of comedy

what kind of people are you meeting? is it people that you
have something in common with? because it would suck if you
couldn't talk with the professionals on the same level

going to this meeting on friday, it's like a cookery group
class for people with mental illness, should be good lol,
it's in converted house with one big cooker. im 32, the
other guys there are about 40-50 years old.

i'm 36 now, but when i fell into psychosis was 32.

i went on today and i decided to talk to a new therapist
that has started to work in the local centre from a few
months. i like her, shes passionate, and she loves what she
does and this is causing her some problems at work. she has
done many advanced studied by working on the field,
interviewing patients and shit so its not like talking to a
book, she got some degree of knowledge based on truth. she
won some prizes on the researches se did, about dependence
from cannabis, from gambling, from social media and she
hasn't been paid for that work, but the money that came with
those prizes she gave it all in charity. she's a good soul,
if you want.

anyway, i showed her the video and she confirmed me that my
diagnosis, when they stated it was caused by drugs was too
quick, a particular that made me lost the trust of all my
family, that is bullshit that my psychosis was caused by
joints. of course she wasn't denying the role of drugs into
an already fucked up situation, that if you sniff too much
cocaine you go mad but that in my case there a root problems
that took me to psychosis, and that psychosis can happen
also to people that has never touched drugs in their life.
she said he has read before some article debating psychosis
and spirituality and that he will bring that to me if she
finds them. i went further and asked them that if she finds
someone that i could talk, give my contribute to, to tell me
and she answered me that everybody would like to find a
person like that.
