Schools are built with stolen money and nobody is allowed to not fund them. It exploits children, the most vulnerable members of society like predators targeting the young weak and sick, in the name of welfare disguised as a job for Orwellianly named "teachers", which are really socialist bags of puss that contaminate the neurosphere by urinating into the minds of the young. Compulsory education is organized kidnapping, child trafficking and unpaid and pointless forced child labor. Under libertarian/voluntaryist/anarchist free market law, which will soon dwarf states by pointing and laughing at their obsolescence, school property will be up for grabs to be homesteaded. |

more seriously, i see both sides. on the one hand, public school was miserable for me -- kindergarten pretty much _is_ free babysitting, but then they slowly crank up the heat on the "get ready to work in the box factory" routine. i was pretty hyperactive and i didn't do very well with that; being cooped up and sitting still turned my energy loose on the teachers, and i was a natural enough troll talent that i got in trouble a shitload. once i'd soured on the general concept of it i first met my old friend, depression. it got better towards the end; i kind of enjoyed college... but i got out of there as soon as i could, and i really do not want to go back. on the other, most people in my country are as dumb, if not dumber, than signLOL's muslim footsoldiers. the other day, i read a story like "Two year old in Texas world's youngest case of Type 2 diabeetus." Pretty much, the fathead cowfucking parents fed the kid McDonalds like it was manna from heaven, with predictable results. thinking of that, thank fucking christ there is a system to rip the children away from the parents that are immensely damaging and/or absuive, and give them a vague chance to avoid falling into the subhuman bullshit they were born into. i guess i think school is something that should stay, but that the execution leaves much to be desired. |
