and i blame everybody here except me. it's not a high
frequency it's a low one and in one ear, my right.

it sounds like i can hear some motor or engine that's about
half a mile away. bullshit.

try focusing on the lower and lower harmonics of it until it
disappears.

I have had the low vibration but luckily it's not constant.
Mine is just the standard high pitched eeeeeee. I live in
the middle of the city where it's very noisy, so generally I
don't know notice it unless it's very quiet outside, which
is rare. It's a good marker for silence.

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear to this ddrummondd, I don't
suppose it's going to make you any nicer.

lasting from weeks, won't go away

it can go...really. i had it, thought ..oh sh*& ...thats it,
for life!!.. but it eventually went away.

No.1 Upgrade your diet , remove refined sugar, eat more raw
fruit and veg.

get more fresh air and try more exercise too.

i eat the same things from one year.

lunch: salad with lettuce, tomato, mozzarella and tuna
alternated with eggs. i mean one day salad, next day eggs,
one day salad, next day eggs and so on. both with bread

dinner: always pasta. one day with ragu, next day with
butter, oil, cheese, garlic and chili pepper. alternated

it's the best i can afford/can cook. i spend 30 euros c/a a
week for food

good food is also expensive. stuff grows out the ground.
we are not taught how to maintain our own gardens...if we
are lucky enough to have a garden...they also sell
grass/lawn feed which intoxicates the soil, poison..so if we
do grow food in the soil, our offspring may have birth
defects. Go governments! so kind to us!! : /

fruit is so good for you. Can be expensive, but at
outdoor markets can be cheap.

maybe that's what you need?

i eat dates instead of chocolate

and try to eat at a least a few oranges or apples a day.

can be boring to keep eating the same fruit though , so i
try and switch it around a bit, pineapple , mango, grapes,
but can be expensive.

mohamed and ddrummonndd, is farting less enjoyable now that
you cannot hear it?

by 2113 the standard cure for tinnitus will be a software
patch. getting the lost frequency range back is a bit iffy,
but you can at least shut off the racket by meditatively
dragging the harmonics infinitely upwards until they are
beyond your range of hearing a few times a day until the
relevant neurons get the message. in 2016, the best we've
got is fart humor. sorry lads

Avoid aspartame, that can cause tinnitus, you get this in
diet drinks or where something is sugarfree it usually has
aspartame. My dad had it and he had 5 cans a day of cheap
diet energy drinks 😡

talking of farts, you know you're taking control when you
can modify the volume of them when they come out

i imagine it's possible to learn to pin a fart on someone
from across the room by judging the currents; sort of like a
ventriloquist throwing his voice.
