I've noticed that tons of ppl here are rabid moby haters,
and i've also noticed that tons of ppl here LOVE that "star
guitar" track by the chemical bros. Well, personally i think
that new chemical bors cd bites, and that moby is far better
IMO.

Chemical Brothers

I haven't heard their latest album.
I heard "hoops" and it was alright, it has a kind of electro
vibe going on.

the latest song by moby is quite cheesy...Play sucks a
little even if it's agood record...maybe I will appreciate
it again now that it's miles away from the charts, the
radios,mtv...the chem bros were great the last album doesn't
work as it should though...

i agree /w you jonesy, and big beat techno seems to be
losing the strugle to stay alive.

Can anyone sugest some really phat underground big-beat
techno cd/ artists? i really doubt that there really is any.
But i would like to find some.

Exit Planet Dust was more influential and more importantly
better sounding than anything Moby has ever done.

Moby is a pretentious piece of shit who produces pathetic
music.

On Play he just took the same set of samples and used the
same fucking formula on nearly every track. A white guy
appropriating black singers and exploiting them for his own
ends in my opinion.

He always puts crappy essays in his sleeves that are stupid,
ill-informed, contradictory trite. Why didn't he just go to
university? He'd never write another fucking essay again.

i think moby has good opinions, and great advice on the
music scene. i remember reading an article were someone was
going to publish all these interviews he did /w moby. the
excerpts were pretty great reads. i wonder if it was ever
finished

Chemical Bros were better than Moby, in my opinion.
they made some good songs and even a good album.
while Moby didn't.

Eminem hates moby, which makes me like moby a little more
than completely hating him.
