waiting for shipment arrival before clicking those links - but C2 2min sample ive been looping for ages. cant wait now to hear it full! the heidi lord lp ambient thing is nice but i still dont see how that's the same that did the lo pan and HKB off b2. hkb screams aFx that intro voice the live piano loop melody before it kicks in man that is probably my fav tune since rushup i bank (not counting the syros); and at the tail end of lo pan that squelchy sequency ive heard a lot of clones and copies and all nice ya ya but there is something about those b2 tracks that scream you know who. |

i say accept the mystery. the important bit for me is there’s a label that can be trusted with advance payments for future releases before even hearing samples. this compilation is awesome, made by massive talent and assembled with care. each set of tracks matches its format. i’m especially into the opening half dozen or so tracks right now. wildly diverse, loads of genres, even some gamelan in there… i’ve made some hissy AAC rips for listening outside (C2 as one track, Side J etc), if anyone’s interested if you’re not picking up one of the few copies left at hardwax or clone you motherfuckers are missing out. |
