Anyone know of a good vst pitch plugin for simply pitch shifting up or down in cents semitones n octaves an all that , in realtime. just to tune a sound in realtime, to audition and try out, before hq processing? i used to use voice designer which was great for auditioning, but it doesn't wanna work 64bit ; / |

I like to pitch on the fly ( even though its not that great quality) just to audition before using the sequencers higher quality pitch shifting processing thingy that requires me to press stop and wait a short while. |

random question -- the mellotron is bullshit, right? i mean, i'm sure if you spend a whole weekend cutting up tape loops for each note it sounds dope, but the only reason to do that is because it's 1967, right? it's a neat machine, a fascinating bit of history, but also a royal pain in the arse. or am i missing something, here? not kidding yo. |
