2). Before Veto I am liking this. I think if the next track is as good then the whole album will be good. Could do without that shit album art but one has never bought a Cylob record for the sleeve. Maybe Lobster Tracks, and Cylobian Sunset has a good cover (and is a good album). Oh a bit of Acid. At least its not an Analord / EDM thing. But does it sound like Cylob? Should it sound like Cylob? Why "Before Veto"? Who is potentially vetoing this? The IDM intelligencia? |

3). Turnisinto Is he referencing Mood Bells? It'd be ace if he did Mood Bells II. One begins to get an idea of this album's sound palette. It'd be cool to hear some slap bass about now. I like the way it snakes around, you think you've got a handle on it, but it's off somewhere else. This is music made by a man in his pomp AND in his pants. This warrants closer listening and not this facile "live blogging". |

4). Threefour It's actually 3:09, so fail there. This reminds me of one of my old tracks. This isn't a good thing. I feel we should be picking up the pace at this point, not letting up. Some interesting noises coming in, again more complex than a surface listen suggests. I'm too hot (and randy) to listen to all this now, but it's good. I am going to take one more track at random.... |

oh no i don't generally take photos of people, i think he was suprised i recognised him though as he looks sort of inconspicuous average bloke, so would have been funny if i said are you cylob to some random person. out of context would sound rather weird. |

watched him eat a burger once directly across table from me. Asked him when he had new tunes out & he said 'soon' (2006 ?? ) new thing on Powervacuum too, & there's that Spyworld tune i can't find right now. That Mogwai remix is sooo good too... his own lyrics in a remix presumably. |

is my tune. Many memories connected to this one. Mood Bells is alright in my opinion. Just needs the right setting. Try playing it on a tiny usb speaker while watching the sun set in Laos by the side of a river. That'll do the trick. |
