And by "hire", I of course mean ask him to do it free of charge. I believe him when he says that he has the skills, and it would keep him busy for a while which is a win for everyone, including him. 1) i offered direct over email like two years ago; no response. why change now? the board does work, at its core. sort of like when a car runs fine but the AC is toast. 2) i'm fucked financially at the moment and it'll be a month or two before i can dig into it with a clear brain. so, like, no need to rush this. just let it happen if it wants to happen, yo. 3) thanks for the vote of confidence at least |

i also propose adding a "dupe amnesty" feature. on signup, there is a checkbox saying "this is a dupe." when checked, it prompts you for your login, and lets you register a dupe without the hassle of finding a clean IP address |

who are the dupes? tbh it pisses on watmm since i find out they charge u actual money to type words into boxes to strangers on the internet. the car analogy is right, maybe if it was literally just a box on wheels that gets u from A to B |
