No. I downloaded some music, researched useless facts, downloaded porn.
All in all i would say it was pretty pointless, and something to get rid of the boredom.
I have no activies to fill this time slot. If i read for 7 Hours, well at least i would have learned something.

why not sit in a park and listen to music, and/or read a paper or a book in said park. that way you won't get rickets and have a slightly higher chance of meeting hot bitchez

Highly unlikely. So i would need something else as reinforcement for reading in the park. But there is nothing that makes want to do it

Just sounds like you are legitimising moaning about how rubbish your life is by quantifiying it. Get outside roll around on the grass. Do something you use to do as kid. Go sit up a tree all day. Try to stop thinking about answers to questions. There are no absolutes, the answer is not on the internet.
Do something for other people. Next sunday cook as meal you like for friends, family, next door neighbours, women/men you fancey. Get some beer & wine in. invite them all around. Don't worry about it being perfect just try to get it vaguelly right. Nobody refuses free food & booze :) :)
What's stopping you. Yourself. It's time now, To give yourself a break and stop taking yourself so seriously. It is not a crime to be a bit rubbish & enjoy yourself. That's just make the best of bad job and being an Adult, unfortunately.

The most concerning part is the time it took you to shower...
it's even more concerning than the 15 times you masturbated.

I guess you live in an apartment, does it have a balcony? Can you grow a garden on it? Anything - fruit and veg or just pretty things. You can do it on your own or get involved with cutting-sharing groups (and maybe meet hot bitchez)
It can be time-consuming, but in a healthier way than sitting in your underwear on the net, and much more rewarding

You need to make friends outside of the internet. You make friends and you hang out with them and you are in turn spending less time on the internet that is how it works. For a while I had friends and i spent maybe 7 hours a week on the internet at home. Which was all down time. Now.. well now i don't have friends, and i spend all day on the internet. And If you already have friends spend more time with them invite them to lunch and cook for them or maybe go to the park with them do something.

gain discipline one step at a time.
each day, make a goal to spend a little less time on the 'net than the previous day.
each day, make yourself spend that time on some other task you feel you're missing out on.

I'd do it, if someone gave me 50.000 dollar. But this won't happen. So, i am having a hard time to see the value in friendship and to motivate myself to accept all the hardships and difficulties, which come with making friends.

I was thinking about that remark the other day, Jaser. In general, it's good advice, but some people actually do refuse free food & booze. Like, I know these two guys who would probably be like "No, that night is anime night" or "Sorry, [xbox game] comes out that day and I pre-ordered it." I suspect anyone who even knows what XLT is knows a few guys like that. Very hard to do anything for 'em !
