with the twilight of the great XLT experiment, i feel it's time for me to spill the beans on monoid's true identity: monoid is , a psychology researcher focusing on well-being, meaning, and elevation. much as a bird anorak wears camo grass, she's assumed the identity of a disenfranchised, intelligent, introverted nerd in order to study us in our natural habitat. she's been studying xlt intensely for over a decade, now, and i gather the closing of the forum means the paper has already been sent to publication. i only know this because a friend caught her logged into XLT in her office. |
