i'm not sure about that. let's see what happens. the labels are quite pissed off by the way... remixing their tracks without permission and all... :/

as far as I'm considered, as long as these "remixes" are not commercially distributed, they can suck your dick, phobia. As long as they are free for download, you are as righteous as possible in my book.

i do think that phobia would have to get the artist's writen premission to publicly display "reconizable" samples of that artist work, and that would include remixes.
personaly, i think that they should be cool about it since everything is credited properly, and remixes are exposure to their tracks. And no-one is making money off of it. on "project x" i can see a problem because there is talk about a members only set of privilages which would come from paying a certian ammount, which could be argued that they are in a way paying for the remixes. and that the webmasters are charging money for the distrubtion of copywrited material.

yeah, yeah, let's stir some shit. You could be a new case of questioning people's liberties regarding technology and art (not unlike napster), only this would be obviously something linked with creativity. BTW, if those people sample everyone and everything to make their music, they should consider it normal that fans want to reconstruct their music in a similar way...
