Did anyone see the recent programme on sharks on BBC 1 with
Johyn Peel? It was the best shark programme I've ever seen.
This total nutcase got in the water with a great white, with
no cage. Stupid bastard.

never saw that....

but i saw a program where like seven GW was feasting on a
floating whale carcass and a photographer climes up on the
wet slippery whale to get closer and get better pictures.

i saw that jonesy-that man was a nutter-did you see it when
he was in the water and a SECOND G.W. turned up?!

and that bloke who was in the water with a load of bull
sharks (who, at 2m long have more testosterone in their
system than a bull) then cut his figer as he was sat on a
rock!! fucking nutter. id love to get into a shark cage
mind. the water would be very brown.

Oh man.. the oceans are wonderful! filled with crazy fuckin
life.... .FILLED! and so much of it is so neat and jaw
droppingly cool!. I love going to the ocean.. ever take a
cruise or a ferry through islands before.. man.... that was
crazy.. Ill never forget.. belongs in a BOC video or
something.

Ken: yeah, forgot about that. I wish I'd taped it now. The
scence with the GW were so weird. The water was really
placid. They look so alien, terrifying yet beautiful.

I had a great book on sharks my dad bought when I was a kid.
I fkeep hassling him to find it. It had some amazing photos
and really interesting.

there was a great david attenborough one on great whites a
few years back set around dire island off the south african
coast-they were attachin cameras to the sharks and getting
them to attack cut outs of seals-scary.

ever seen that john and valery tailor (famous shark
hunters-turned-conservationsits) film-'blue water, white
death'?-thats the best documentary on great whites ive ever
seen.
