Going through those youtube videos now; really excellent
music. Should we hope for a digital release after the vinyl
sells out? Looks like apmu3 never hit digital. (Also, I
assume "AP musik" = "Aleksi Perälä musik", and it's just
for his stuff (for now)?)

I love his Astrobotnia stuff but never found any of the
stuff put out under his name or Ovuca quite as interesting

I watch him at soundcloud -> and was surprised when he
uploaded a few new tracks -> clicked ovuca.com link in his
page -> there you go

It's funny because it was actually already posted here on
xlt 4 months ago or something with no reactions on it +
there's a continious thread over at watmm about it for even
longer + it's being promoted every week or so by AP on FB
and YT. Grant also posted a few tracks and info about it
these months. And then someone claims "the rest of the
internet is shit for this." No hate though, it's pretty hard
to follow Rephlex stuff these days, you just have to find
the right channels. They are out there.

And yes it's on Rephlex.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this, I made a
playlist of all the YT tracks so far and been playing that
like crazy + I really loved the previous MU albums.

all the sublabel stuff is confusing my current (phys format
) audio dealer it seems, it doesn't come up on her computer
as rephlex

>>> They are out there.

The MU releases are ridiculous. Aleksi is 10x10x10 wizards.
I haven't loved any music this much in more than ten years.

Reserved my copy of Colundi Sequence yay

What would be a good album to start with?

Choose carefully, Kevin.. the fate of the universe may
depend on it.

So far both Mental Union releases are ace - I find the MU3
album a little bit more consistent and refined and pulled
together. The first double album is stuffed with essential
tracks too though.

It's great! mu4 is worth the price of admission alone, and
all i've had the chance to really listen to so far. and
theres the bandcamp colundi part 5, too. so much to explore!

My Colundi Sequence disks arrived yesterday - I think 24 /
96 files are probably overkill but whatever. I encoded them
as 24 / 96 flacs and they're still big. Whatever. Excellent
electronic music, will take me weeks and months to digest. I
still haven't squozen all the sound juice out of the
previous MU disks.

I understand he made this all in dubturbo, amazing
