it's not that i have anything against you, so much as you go at me like you did in post #02461734. after a few of those i just sort of associated your avatar with that. i'll try to chill out on ya, but no guarantees, especially if you don't change your own behavior. i admit i go off on stuff sometimes, but generally i aim to be tit-for-tat, and go after people that go after me. i figure they can take it, or they're overly emotional and will be entertaining. same goes for anyone else here. |

while we're here: man, i love message boards. not just posting, but the psychology of it all. i like this place because there is pretty much zero moderation and no subforums. some people like it all on-topic and organized, and that's fine, but i always find myself punching through the walls in such places. it's not just watmm -- idmforums is just as bad. so is futureproducers. in the end, i'm not there for the board design, the subforum choices, or the rules. i'm there to fucking post stuff, read other peoples' posts, reply to other peoples' posts. if the rules get in the way, or the people are dull, why bother? xlt is not a "bad neighborhood" so much as a rough one. at least it's not dull. |
