I have Lifeforms and ISDN, and the "We have EXplosive" single, but not this one. Is it any good?

yeah i really like it, it's a good combo of ambient and more straight foward techno-ish songs. I like Lifeforms but you really have to be in the right mood to listen to it. D.C. is a good all around disc

Dead cities is okay, but it's lacking in something i can't quite pinpoint.
I'd much rather listen to lifeforms. I think FSOL do ambient/organic/nature sounding stuff better.

but you can't really straight out listen to lifeforms, there isn't much going on, it's good to listen to when you go to bed or are getting high, but it's definitely a solid-ground breaking cd

its great i love the blade runner samples in the song "my kingdom." they are probably the most skilled artists i've heard at using samples from many sources and harmonizing them. Orbital is very good at this too.

hmzz, mixed feelings about dead cities. Like Lifeforms a lot more. I think it's much more detailed. Dead Cities has some amazing good parts but it can't catch my attention the full length.
