I've only just recently heard a couple of Richards songs, Windowlicker and Come to Daddy on Mp3 format and a Program on MTV2. After surfing for Aphex for a while I've learned a bit. *everyone else will say SAW2* I say polygon window...and classics... saw 2 is £70 some one said others that I like are about £10 - 15, the price is not a reflection on quality, just that saw 2 is rare, but still very good even though I havnt heard much of it... |

From classical music, to old school techno, to hardcooooow drill and bass. i dont know what you like, so i wouldnt say wich album for you to get! you say that you like come to daddy and windowlicker. id reccomend getting come to daddy then! wery varied stuff. Poe is reffering to some old school style stuff, with a wery "Synth" sounding sound, wich is ok. personally i like the new stuff better. Classics is ok, but not terribly original, while come to daddy and richard d james album, is like never seen before stuff with an edge. well, most importantly, if you get an album you dont like (Wich might be the case with classics, it was in my case), dont give up on aphex twin! he makes so much different shit, that youre bound to like some of it!!!! have fun |

yeah, thats my preference for rdj, the older synth style, classics isnt very imaginative but the songs on their rock no matter what, that album is perfect for quake 3 I think... SAW2 is not for sale anywhere I looked, and emailed some warp person... |

Chrispy, id definitely recommend the richard d james album if you like the frenetic styling of come to daddy and windowlicker, though pretty much everything he's done is worth a look.. |

Definitely try the RDJ album, if you're into Windowlicker and CTD, nice and harsh SAWII is nothing like the above albums, and SAW85-92 is a bit techno-ravey, but still quite stellar. |

Situation solved :-) I recommend buyign from warp mart anywya, cause you get loads of mad free stuff. Like stickers, bottle openers and the like. Its great. I've now just bought SAW1 from HMV for £14.99 with my little gift vouchers from yesterday *I'm now 20 as of the 1st July* and I love it.
