i just entered the competition, you have to guess the
altitude and drift position of a balloon that will be
released into space before it pops and falls back to earth

you've got 5 days until the balloon is released. i think
mine is quite high as well, because there is not that many
other people in my position. i think you can change it if
you log in again.

I think you can calculate the altitude, but the drift is
impossible
