Did you ever observe your thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations without judging them? |

You should try doing the opposite using meditation, by reducing your thoughts and eventually stoping them entirely, do this by listening to the ambeint noise in your area. You will cease thinking and be purely listening, it will make you feel a lot better |
