What is 20% of £1 000 000 a year ?

Still a lot.

A lot more than 90 % of £ 50 000.

Rich people are so funny!

If being rich is so hard, why not giving your money?

You'll instantly come to Paradise.

Ceri wrote,

"I agree that's a good one. Philosophers spend a lot of
time
deliberating over the (effectively two) variations thereof:

Do to others as you would like them to do to you.

Don't do anything to other people you wouldn't want them to
do to you.

ceri's post came back to me just now, and i have a reply:

i believe in karma, in a statistical sense. you can get away
with some stuff some of the time, but you (usually) can't
get away with a lot of stuff all of the time (hi dethpeel!).
similarly, you might not get jack shit for a good deed, but
if it's an overall pattern in your life, you will get
something back. it's up to the individual to decide where to
draw the line.

Was in the UK on vacation for a few weeks and remembered
this post. Where were you from originally 0101001011010?
There's some stunning country pubs down in the West Country.
Had some world-class ciders!
