This was the best electronic album from last year imo. did
anyone listen to it? does anyone like villalobos here?

ay yo man, he has got his priorities straight because this
sounds sexy, looking at his studio it should do as
well. big coloured knobs, telefunken preamps, all that.

LAZY_TITLE

im a sucker for those bouncy filtered kicks he does

No Villalobos has caught my attention before but this is
sounding pretty tasty so far. Those chords after 2 minutes
are sampled from Benga- Emotions, it's odd hearing a sample
from something so contemporary without it being an explicit
remix

I'm not a massive fan, but I like most things I hear from
him. The one thing he has done that really stands out
for me is this. Probably the only contemporary (IE
non-classical) track >20 mins long I've heard that benefits
from being as long as it is.

I haven't listened to his remixes. I read that some people
don't like them much, but that was really good.

It was a very good track to begin with, so he did an
incredible job making it even better. I like that he didn't
change things for change's sake. A lot of times in remixes,
I feel people change some really good parts (for inferior
ones) that they should have left alone. Villalobos seems to
know what he's doing. :)
