How many men can you lift up (including yourself)?
What are your arms in kgs?
How many kegels can you do before you start to nip at the
seat of your boxer shorts?
Who do you have postered around your bedroom/workout area?
What elevation do you sleep at?
What flavour are your supplements?
How do you feel about your bigness on a scale of 1 to Bear?

Starting out with quarters is fine until you work your way
up to whole units bro. Just keep juicin and you'll get your
traps. Live once and don't ever forget to not regret getting
shredded forever and live the dream
