apparently we're going to see loads of this kind of stuff (atlas shrugged trilogy ect). i didnt really manage to watch much of it cos it was shit straight away. i watched this film called 'Big Fat Important Movie' a while ago while hung over and didnt know these sort of films were around |

We already had a film of Atlas Shrugged: Iron Man 2. It's funny, I think that shows benevolent self-interest in a better light than in the original story as Stark is such a loveable flawed character. As opposed to an unlovable* humourless capitalist as Rearden will probably come across. *And that is all people will fixate on: The fact that he's not a very likeable character, never mind that he constantly inadvertently does far more good than his detractors ever do. |

Ever see that BBC version of Sherlock Holmes set in modern London with Cumberbatch? He was like a "Randian Hero" or whatever. Atlas Shrugged has some thought-provoking ideas but it pisses me off how much people seem to worship it almost like a bible. Also the movie was terrible |

yeah i like those i havnt rewatched them since they came out 2011(?) Did you see the 'why poverty' stuff the bbc did? was a good watch. |
