I recently played both SAWII discs back to back and I love this album so much. I always have I guess. My favourite song is Rhubarb! I like it because it has this overwhelming feeling of warmth, something like that. Playful and warm. Tell me your fav track and why.

assuming rhubarb is track 3 on disc 1, then i love that song. it actually almost makes me feel sad and i think of all those things that could have happened, but didn't.

I love Rhubarb as well...It sounds all peaceful but then sort of sad all at once...Blue Calx and Parallel Stripes are both favorites of mine...They sound very distant, and bright...like something in a dream...Theres something really akward and unfamiliar about 'em...Like being somewhere beautiful you've never been before...

i love lichen (which i think i said before somewhere else) and hexagon is great too. saw2 is great just to listen to or just to have in the background while you're working or whatnot.
(are the song titles official, or just something someone came up with?)

CobeSmith: Yeah, the track names are [I think] official. Since the pictures are supposed to represent a specific song, then yes. For the reason being that each pic is what the song is called. I dunno I think im right. SAWII is awsome.

cd 1, track 1, whatever the fuck it is or isn't called. poe - regarding your comments on leftfield, i am actually gonna agree with you here.
i think H3XAN3 (C6H14) or whatever is talking shit, - compared to leftism, rhythm&stealth is rather poor.

Because it sounds nice? :P Man, I can't get enough of this CD. It's really hypnotic and atmospheric... to the extent where I feel like I'm really there, something which 99% of music I've ever heard fails to do.
Rhubarb, GRASS, Curtains, Blur, Weathered Stone, Windowsill, Lichen, Matchsticks.
My favourites, anyway.

that's what i think about that song anyway.

all of saw 2 is really good I listened to it while under the influence of psychedelic drugs, and it was one of the most defining moments in my life
I also listened to plastikman's "musik" also very life changing before I listened to saw 2, my mind was like soup but afterwards, my mind was like a steel trap, with the bloody foot of aphex twin inside of it

Is that the one that repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats the exact same phrase with weird speaking samples?
I used to hate that, then one day it clicked.

This is not an 'official' tracklist, it's just taken from interpretations of the pictures, and is generally the one people refer to:
1-1 Cliffs. 1-2 Radiator. 1-3 Rhubarb. 1-4 (UK only) Hankie. 1-5 Grass. 1-6 Mold. 1-7 Curtains. 1-8 Blur. 1-9 Weathered Stone. 1-10 Tree. 1-11 Domino. 1-12 White Blur 1. 2-1 Blue Calx. 2-2 Parallel Stripes. 2-3 Shiny Metal Rods. 2-4 Grey Stripe. 2-5 Z Twig. 2-6 Window Sill. 2-7 Hexagon. 2-8 Licken. 2-9 Spots. 2-10 Tassels. 2-11 White Blur 2. 2-12 Match Sticks.
