Took me forever to get levels, compression and the sound right - not to mention the panning-issues on the previous master. But it ended up quite good. Instrumental hiphop turntabilism in ode to Kid Koala and DJ Shadow. |

aw snap, i was only a few blocks away, also in dogtown! used to live in a grungy ass warehouse at 32nd & san pablo, moved 5 blocks up into emeryville but now me and my girl are trying to gentrify and move to the lake. oh, and so about that music.... |

It's 'cause Marcus (the guy that is El Peligro) wanted E.P.E.P. to be a 3-piece instrumentalt project, composed with the aim to create 3 different musical moods - and the intro is the part-marker. Originally the album was three long audio-files, which can be found . It's the same, except for the mastering work I have done, and one extra track on the remaster. |
