You perpetuate your misery and mindset with threads like this. My life is far from perfect and I too am a miserable on many occasions. Perhaps more than I like to admit here. But fuck I never set my sights very high, I never wanted to be a fucking rock star (maybe when I was 16) or live in a pleasure palace or anything. I've been alone and miserable and unsure. You just need to be grateful to Zeus for what you have. I guess I'm lucky for not having a significant chemical imbalance in my brain. I still experience consternation and am not 100% happy with my work and I argue with my friends and family and girlfriend. Perhaps I'm naive but I believe there's more good things to come and I'm okay. |

For now. It offers a good level of security. At least you know you can pay the bills, save money and buy things when you need/want to. As shit as it can be, tomorrow it will still be there. For now I'm happy being a capital whore and not doing something a little closer to the heart. |
