LOL Seriously though, rape can be a much more subtle thing than you seem to think. Even without any physical hint of violence, a sexual act could still count as rape. If I ask you to pull down your pants, would you do that because you like it, or because you're even more afraid of the consequences if you wouldn't? I'm sure we can agree not all the information is in the basic question itself. There's also a context. I agree that the most basic examples are about men raping women. But what would you call it when a woman uses her non-physical power to have sex with a man? I'm sure we can think of situations where a man, although he doesn't want to, he goes along with a woman because he's afraid of the consequences of not doing so. And that woman being perfectly aware of it. In a way that's also rape, don't you think? Same holds for paedophilia, btw. It's scarily similar even. The sick thing is, that it's children being the victim. |

(Sorry to bump this) There are clubs in japan called 'Chikan', these men go on busy trains and grope women. the poor japanese girls are too shy to cry out so many of them are abused on the train and bystanders do nothing to help.
