I had to dig out the vinyl of Escape from New York soundtrack because of this. That version of the Debussey track is absolutely beautiful. I love that glider scene... Well the whole LP is great. (BTW did you know Duke Arrives is a rip off of Bad Guys from Beverly Hills Cop 2? Realised this recently. Shame the latter seems to be unavailable.) Anyway, this soundcloud does pale slightly compared but I think that's a bit unfair despite the obvious influence of the Carpenter's soundtrack. |

Yea probably some synths that can create these specific sounds. Don't think it's all sampled (like Chuck Person's Eccojams). Hey Gullfire, can we rip this shit off the net somewhere? |
