Can anyone recommend some live autechre? Preferably something recent with good sound quality. I haven't had a chance to see them live, and I want to get a sense of what I'm missing. I'll be on slsk if you need me. |

If you want to see them close up, i have a video on youtube called 'autechre glade live' That is from the untilted tour. the sound quality is not bad for a dv camera, part 1 of the video is lost as youtube messed up the video, but my theory is that autechre had it removed somehow as i got very close to their equipment |

Not sure, haven't compared them. But it's in one piece, not chopped up. The reason why i prefer this one to the manchester recording is that there's not so many screaming and yelling douchbags around the recording device. |

I wonder if a semi decent live recording could be digitally enhanced by a professional audio engineer? maybe it wouldn't be worth it |

Yes i've wondered that too. I reckon it has to be a really good one to start with, it's hard to fix frequencies that aren't there in the first place. But i know too little about this, there must be some pro engineer here who knows more? |
