let us know.

i think she's just releasing lesser autechre-like music,
with annoying songs/sounds but she can sometimes creates
weird atmosphere... :p

I like her stuff--strange beats; weird noises. Some stuff
doesn't particularly impress me though.

She was really good live when I saw her open up for Plaid.
Real juicy booty beats, but it was actually interesting
because the beats were surprising and different. I have one
on one and the songs are nothing like her live stuff. The
live stuff was so phat. Really really good club music.

I hate Mira Calix, although I've never heard any of her
albums.

Her opening for plaid was shit, and she was incredibly
boring to watch. Also I would have thought Sean could do a
little better if you know what I mean.

I don't Mira Calix makes lesser autechre music. It doesn't
feel anywhere neer the same... at all. And the atmosphere
of her style is really unique and... darkly lovely?

saw her spin too the other night and i wasn't too impressed

LACK OF PRESENCE

I agree with the lack of presence... she was lal the wya in
the back with her turntable... but they may be because the
crowd was so lame.

The crowd: -----------------
The music: OOOOOOOOO

Most people were too busy trying to act kool, or just
hypnotised by the wallpaper.

She was really hot

Well I listened to the CD Prickle last night.... its pretty
good guys...... its pretty strange and then some nice little
beats kick in with some small vocals. Its pretty sweet...

The only song I like is Sandsings(Boards of Canada Mix) The
song is just awesome. The reason why? Because BoC remixed
it of course.

i like the prickle cd..while her production isnt mind
bending, there's some nice melodies in there..and at parts
everything seems to come together and make sense..it's kinda
mixed though, but i wouldnt call her bad

mira wasn't playing live, unless you consider spining
gescom, boc, some of her own stuff, etc, playing 'live'. as
far as boring factor, hmmm, i didn't notice her toking like
a chimney as she was the last time around -- she actually
seemed a bit *more* animated...in a slightly head-bobbing
sense. the set was definintely more upbeat then the droney
experimentalism she's done in the past.
